THE WIBDENSHAW HSTs

As the timeline has gone back on Wibdenshaw, the 2 HST sets became surplus to requirements.

Before they were sold off (due to space restraints in the storage yard), a few photographs were taken of them.

Their make-up was all Lima, with one power car having 2 motors, and the other a dummy.

Each set had 7 intermediate vehicles, and were modelled pre-TGS.... the guard having to sit in the noisey end of the power car.

Showing the as-built with no exhaust deflector, and one with the deflector fitted. These were designed to keep the cab fronts clean when trailing.
